It is constructed with Cobalt 205 stainless steel with single bevel blade, and is sharpened with 12 degree edge. The blade is mirror polished. This is the perfect tool for achieving impeccable cuts of fish, salmon, tuna, and other seafood delicacies.
The handle is made of natural Wenge wood that is tough and durable. The clean stainless steel bolster is to prevent food and bacteria contamination. HRC 60 hardness
